The pockets on a hunting apron

The waist pockets and flaps of the hunt apron, which is made of plain weave material such as canvas,

The fabric is cut horizontally against a vertically cut body. (There are several other types as well.)

Cotton and similar materials often shrink differently in the warp and weft directions after washing.

(For example, vertical -2.5%, horizontal -1.0%, etc.)

Taking advantage of this property, we intentionally change the direction of the fabric during cutting and sewing to create a strong puckering effect. We haven't changed this method since our first collection in 2016. (Actually, we've been using it since a sample made in 2015.)

The product is pre-washed before delivery, so it should already have a certain texture from the start. (A light steam treatment is applied to the entire garment before shipping.)

I imagine that those who have been using it for a long time will find that the texture has improved over time.

Twill weave materials such as denim have a weave, so they are cut in the same direction as the body,

We've devised a special sewing technique to make puckering more likely to occur.

This bag, made with great care, utilizes the difference in the rate of change between the vertical and horizontal dimensions and is made using horse cloth.

It's a " stitch bag ".

Please see the product page for the development story of the Stitch bag.
